This guide will walk you through the process of accessing your WordPress hosting account through our customer portal. Follow these simple steps to login to your WordPress admin panel.
Navigate to portal.330hosting.com and log in with your customer portal credentials. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one using the email address associated with your hosting account.
Go to Customer Portal →Once you're logged into the customer portal, look for the "Packages" section in the main navigation menu. Click on "Packages" to view all your hosting packages.
You should see your WordPress hosting package listed here.
Find your WordPress hosting package in the list and look for the gear icon () next to it. This gear icon represents the settings/management options for your hosting package.
Click on the gear icon to open the package management menu.
After clicking the gear icon, you'll see several options. Look for the link that says "Login to cPanel" and click on it.
This will redirect you to your cPanel hosting control panel, where you can manage all aspects of your hosting account.
Once you're in your cPanel hosting panel, look for the "WordPress Manager by Softaculous" icon or link. Softaculous is a popular application installer that makes managing WordPress installations easy.
You can find WordPress Manager in the "Software" or "Applications" section of your cPanel dashboard.
In the WordPress Manager by Softaculous interface, you'll see your WordPress installation(s) listed. Find the "Login" button or link next to your WordPress installation.
Click on the "Login" button to access your WordPress admin panel.
After clicking "Login" in WordPress Manager, you'll be automatically redirected to your WordPress admin login page. Enter your WordPress admin username and password to access your WordPress dashboard.
Once logged in, you'll have full access to manage your WordPress website, including posts, pages, themes, plugins, and all other WordPress features.
