4.2 Storage and Bandwidth

Your hosting plan includes specific storage and bandwidth limits as outlined in your service agreement. We will notify you if you approach or exceed these limits. Repeated violations may result in service suspension or additional charges.

4.3 Backups

While we may perform regular backups of hosted data, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of your content. We are not responsible for any loss of data.

5. Payment and Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen hosting plan. Payment terms include:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly, annual, or other agreed-upon basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy
  • You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees
  • You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the Services
  • Failure to pay fees may result in service suspension or termination
  • We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days' notice

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services
  • Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components transmitted through the Services by any third party

15. Severability
